Our luxurious 1300 sqft, 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath townhouse that sleeps up to 8 is fully air conditioned and very well equipped including a TVs and DVD players in all bedrooms, a PS2 games console for the kids, wireless internet access, free local & national telephone call and luxury furnishings, bedding and towels for your convenience.

Our luxury townhouse is only a couple of minutes walk from all the resort facilities and comprises of the following:

GROUND FLOOR
Living Room
The living room has a 2 seater and 3 seater sofa and a large coffee table. For your entertainment we have provided a Cable TV with DVD player. The kids in your group will love the PS2 games console with 2 controllers and numerous family games. We have also provided a stereo and selection DVD's and board games for your relaxed enjoyment.

Dining Area
Adjacent to the living room and kitchen is the dining area and has a large table with seating for up to 4 diners and is beautifully setout for those special dining occasions. Kids will love the bar-stools over the nook area.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice & water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that's needed is the food and drink!! The breakfast bar provides additional seating on bar stools for 2. We have even provided an infant high chair for your little one.

Laundry Facilities
The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and an iron for your convenience – leave space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes you are likely to purchase at the excellent designer outlet malls!! You will also find an infant stroller, baby monitor and child's booster seat.

Ground Floor Half Bathroom
This bathroom nestled under the stairs next to the laundry room features a single vanity unit and a WC.

SECOND FLOOR
Master Bedroom
This wonderful contemporary styled bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed with matching furnishings and provides a closet and ample drawer space. This room faces to the rear of the townhouse and has a beautiful view of the lake and conservation area. This bedroom has its own Cable TV with DVD, alarm clock radio and telephone. The enclosed en-suite bathroom has a single vanity unit, bath with walk-in shower cubicle and WC. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.

Bedroom 2
This bedroom features a queen sized bed and built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a Cable TV with DVD and alarm clock radio.

Bedroom 3
This Mickey Mouse themed bedroom features twin beds and a built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a Cable TV with DVD player.

Family Bathroom
This bathroom shared by bedrooms 2 & 3, features a single vanity unit, bath with shower over and WC.

Baby Equipment
We have provided a pack and play cot (crib), child safety bed rails, a high chair, a stroller, a child safety gate, booster seat and baby monitor for your everyday convenience.

We have provided protected high speed wireless DSL internet access throughout the property – just bring your laptop. All local, national and international telephone calls are included so you can keep in touch with loved ones back home and not worry about the cost.
