The full American kitchen is great for a quick breakfast or a Greek feast enjoyed on the spacious private veranda or the spectaular terrace overlooking the entire city and the Acropolis.

• Rates quoted are for 4 people based upon 7 night bookings. Shorter stays may be higher and no discounts are available during Christmas and Easter and certain special events.

Ask about our all inclusive specials for stays of 5+ nights. Package includes round trip airport transfers, a private Acropolis walking tour and your choice of a day trip to Ancient Corinth and Nafplion or Delphi and Ossios Loukas Monastery.
Optional add on activities include foodie walking tours, Greek cooking classes, architectural tours, off the beaten path Athens tours as well as multi-night island and mountain breaks.
• Rate does not include a mandatory cleaning fee of 75 - 125 Euro based on size of group.

• A 500 Euro deposit is required along with a signed reservation form to secure your dates. The balance is due in full 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for Christmas and Easter periods).

We accept payment by most major credit cards, bank wire transfer, and for our US guests, by personal check in US dollar equivalent.
