The Eagle's Nest is a 4000 square foot multi-level unit, uniquely designed for two or three vacationing families, as it is equipped with four large Master Bedroom Suites, three with their own Private Balconies. The first floor houses the game room, Foosball, a new Home Theatre, wet bar and an enormous outdoor eight-man hot tub, perfect for stargazing and watching the fireworks from Sunday River on Saturday nights. There are two full baths on this level and one four twin bed bunkroom. On the main floor is located a state-of-the-art kitchen, dining room, and living room, all combined in a large open area floor plan with a huge stone fireplace and cathedral ceilings. There is also a huge deck just outside this living area. On the third level, are located the three king master bedroom suites, each with its own private bath, and two of which have a private deck overlooking Sunday River. On the fourth level is another King Bedroom and full bath with large private deck.

The Bobcat's Den is also a multi-level unit. The first floor consists of two four-bed bunkrooms and a large slate pool table room with wet bar. Just outside the door is a new sauna house and an inviting 8-man hot tub with fabulous views of Sunday River to include the fireworks on Saturday night. There is a comfortable living room area with a gas fireplace and 62" color TV, for watching your favorite movie or sports team. There is also a laundry room on this level and a full bath.
