Descripción
WINTER FUN: Go Ice Fising or snowmobiling right outside the back door on Lake Lancer or any of the other lakes and trails in the area. Spend a few hours sledding and/or skating on the pond at the Chalet at Sugar Springs. Getting a little chilled from your day out-doors..........warm up inside the heated chalet or gather around the indoor, natural fireplace or the outside fire pit, if you prefer. Head back to the house and use the black stove gas log fireplace.
Property Description: 'Woods & Water' is just what it says it is... a cozy home nestled in the woods right on the water (Lake Lancer).
Sit and relax on the enclosed porch or the log swing. Have your breakfast on the deck while you watch the sun come up, listen to the birds or watch the children play.
There is a dock, a fire pit and a gas grill.
The living area is a combination living room, kitchen and dinning room with windows and door walls that look out over the lake and woods. There is a Franklin style gas fireplace in the living room.
There is 1 bedroom on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor. Each upstairs bedroom has 2 double beds. Sofa sleeper in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
We are just 2 1/2 half hours north of Detroit between the towns of Gladwin and West Branch.
