Perched high upon the beautiful Sunday River Maine’s Powder Ridge, The Heights provides you with an extraordinary view of the majestic peaks, which comprise the Mahoosuc mountain range. It's construction just completed, The Heights is a spectacular, 8000 square foot, contemporary home with 2000 square feet of glass frontage, privately situated on five acres of woodland to maximize serenity and seclusion.

The Heights offers ten bedrooms, including six master king bedrooms with baths (three of which have their own private balconies), a Queen Bedroom, three bunkrooms, ten and a half bathrooms, two towering stone fireplaces in the vaulted living rooms, two gas fireplaces, two eight-man hot tubs, an office area complete with computer and printer, Wi-Fi, two state-of-the-art kitchens, two garages, a pool table, and Microsoft X-Boxes.

The Heights is two separate units... The Eagle's Nest and The Bobcat's Den… that can be combined as one.

The Eagle's Nest is a 4000 square foot multi-level unit, uniquely designed for two or three vacationing families, as it is equipped with four large Master Bedroom Suites, three with their own Private Balconies. The first floor houses the game room, Foosball, a new Home Theatre, wet bar and an enormous outdoor eight-man hot tub, perfect for stargazing and watching the fireworks from Sunday River on Saturday nights. There are two full baths on this level and one four twin bed bunkroom. On the main floor is located a state-of-the-art kitchen, dining room, and living room, all combined in a large open area floor plan with a huge stone fireplace and cathedral ceilings. There is also a huge deck just outside this living area. On the third level, are located the three king master bedroom suites, each with its own private bath, and two of which have a private deck overlooking Sunday River. On the fourth level is another King Bedroom and full bath with large private deck.

The Bobcat's Den is also a multi-level unit. The first floor consists of two four-bed bunkrooms and a large slate pool table room with wet bar. Just outside the door is a new sauna house and an inviting 8-man hot tub with fabulous views of Sunday River to include the fireworks on Saturday night. There is a comfortable living room area with a gas fireplace and 62" color TV, for watching your favorite movie or sports team. There is also a laundry room on this level and a full bath. The second or main floor consists of a large open floor plan with a beautiful state-of-the-art kitchen, dining room, and living room with a big stone fireplace and cathedral ceilings. There is also an office area complete with Computer, Printer and games. There is a Queen bedroom and full bath on this level. The top floor boasts the two beautiful master bedroom suites, both with private deck looking out on the mountains, and each with its own private full bathroom.
