Access to a single car garage comes with this rental. Split bedroom layout painted in white with natural wood furniture. All bedrooms are carpeted in beige berber, fitted with a TV and a ceiling fan with light as well. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a 2 twin size beds with a double closet and ample drawer space. The large Master bedroom features a King size bed and walk-in closet. In the main Living room the floors are tiled, 2 cozy couches wrap around a modern oak wall entertainment center. The Dining room is dressed with a modern oak modern style table with 4 backed chairs and placed below a modern crystal chandelier. Kitchen counters are corian, features a new side-by-side refrigerator with outside icemaker and water dispenser in this spacious fully equipped kitchen. The balcony in completely screened in and dressed with outdoor carpeting, a table with 2 chairs, an overhead fan with light and shutters too!!!
