This is our first year working with “Connecting Rentals” and we could not be more pleased. CR is managing 4 on mountain condos for our family and we are very happy with both the personal touch they provide as well as the financial benefits. Living in Boston and owning Condos at Sunday River we were and are concerned about problems or issues arriving that needed immediate attention. The reason why we choose Connecting Rentals versus other rental agencies is due to their commitment to the owner. They personally check in each renter and inspects the unit both before and after check out. I have not had one issue or one phone call that was not dealt with directly by Connecting Rentals. It’s been a pleasure to work with a “professional” in the rental business and we look forward to working with them again next year.
