We are conveniently close to everything Daytona has to offer but provide the advantages of private and traffic-free beaches and serene, “away-from-it-all” life.
What is nearby to enjoy: Ormond-by-the-Sea not only the best kept seaside paradise, but it is in close proximity to virtually everything in Central Florida. It is the ultimate place for your next retreat; ocean front living and an unlimited variety of activities. John D. Rockefeller chose this area to be the winter home because of its environmental qualities. Tours of his home, The Casements and the Rockefeller Casement Gardens are within 3 miles and one of the area’s highlights.
Tomoka State Park is wonderful for enjoying the wildlife, bird watching and local flora. You can find yourself walking for miles on secluded beaches.
Daytona with its world famous drive-on beach, 'hopping' nightlife, Daytona International Speedway and Daytona Flea and Farmers Market are only 10-15 minutes away.
