From Boston, Massachusetts & Portland, Maine:
Take route 95 North to Exit 63 in Gray, Maine. After the toll booth, bear left. Stay in the right hand lane and at the first set of lights, take a right turn. go straight and the road will merge with route 26 North. Continue on Route 26 North approximately 60 miles to Bethel.
As you enter Bethel you will see the "Welcome to Bethel" sign on your right. Take the first right hand turn onto Parkway, Our building is located on the right and is painted crème with a green roof. The entrance to our office is the front door of the office building.

Follow Route 2 to Bethel, Maine. When you see "Rite Aid" on your left, take an immediate right onto Parkway. Connecting Rentals would be the 3rd building on your left following the Mallard Mart and the Parkway Professional Building. The entrance to our office is the front door of the office building.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless currency and payment amount are agreed upon in advance with the Owner / advertiser.
Additonal rates information or fees:
Short term: Tax Rate - 7%, Cleaning - $450
Property rents from $8,000 - $16,500 per week.
Rates are for renting the entire home and include everything except the tax and cleaning which is billed separately. The property also requires a refundable $1,000 security deposit.
50% of the rent is due at the time the lease is signed; the balance is required 45 days prior to your arrival. Taxes, cleaning and the security deposit are billed in the final invoice.
If booking more than one year in advance; $1,000 is required at the time the agreement is signed; a second payment to bring the balance up to 50% is required 365 days before your arrival date; the final payment is then required 45 days before your arrival date. Taxes, cleaning and the security deposit are billed in the final invoice.
Mid-week nights are priced at a 20% discount if both weekends on either side are booked and you are 'completing' the week.
Thanksgiving Week is priced at $10,000. Holiday days are priced at the weekend rate.
Christmas Week is $14,500; New Year's Week is $16,500; President's Week is $14,500.
