The house is situated on a very quiet location on the back of Twitchell Pond - a smaller Maine pond (mid-size lake)that prohibits noisy watercraft and has a very shallow public boat launch. It is a newly built, well kept cedar home with beautiful views on a dead-end road (only cottage traffic). Secluded swimming and sunbathing with Southwest facing deck and dock for afternoon and evening sunsets. The property offers a deep water dock for great swimming and diving. There are two quiet sandy beaches with shallow access for little kids nearby (walking distance). The house has a heated outdoor shower (full bath/shower inside house too). A canoe, sailboat and kayaks are available on property. There are flower gardens and berry bushes surrounding the house and lot. This is peaceful paradise! Quiet walks, hikes and biking are just a few steps away. Local town, theater, golf and grocery, great brew-pub are 15 minutes away.

From Boston, Massachusetts & Portland, Maine:
Take route 95 North to Exit 63 in Gray, Maine. After the toll booth, bear left. Stay in the right hand lane and at the first set of lights, take a right turn. go straight and the road will merge with route 26 North. Continue on Route 26 North approximately 60 miles to Bethel.
As you enter Bethel you will see the "Welcome to Bethel" sign on your right. Take the first right hand turn onto Parkway, Our building is located on the right and is painted crème with a green roof. The entrance to our office is the front door of the office building.

From Gorham, New Hampshire:
Follow Route 2 to Bethel, Maine. When you see "Rite Aid" on your left, take an immediate right onto Parkway. Connecting Rentals would be the 3rd building on your left following the Mallard Mart and the Parkway Professional Building. The entrance to our office is the front door of the office building.

Mallard Mart is the convenience store directly across from the Rite Aid & Norway Saving Bank buildings at the end of Parkway Rd., and .1 mile from the Connecting Rentals office building.
