The whole home wraps around the exquisite pool deck, allowing direct pool access from the Great Room, Kitchen and three of the four bedrooms. Two of the 3.5 bathrooms may be used pool side.

Your one of a kind Lakeside vacation home offers 2500 sq ft of under air,elegantly furnished internal living space for you and yours to enjoy. Offering 4 fabulous bedrooms including two private Master Suites each with en-suite bathroom.

"Unforgettable" can accommodate up to 8 guests, both of the elegantly furnished twin bedrooms share the stunning Jack, & Jill beautifully presented sun-moon-stars family bathroom. All bathrooms have exquisite floor and wall tiles, hairdryers and a selection of towels.

Master Retreat: Your calm relaxing haven awaits!!!

Slumber within the serene ambience of your elegantly presented master retreat. The King sized bed with sumptuous linens will leave you restored and rejuvenated. This naturaly light retreat boasts two sets of glass sliders, enjoying water views with access through one set, pool view and access from the second set. You will feel right at home, this suite offers a seating area, radio/alarm clock, telephone, flat screen Cable TV, piped music, silent & wobble free ceiling fan with lights and a huge walk in closet. The marble tiled floor continues into the Master Bathroom.

Master Bathroom:

Feature tiled vanity with his & hers wash basins, mirror with lighting above, and center ceiling light. The en-suite bathroom has a huge corner bath tub that can easily accommodate two, there is also a seperate shower. A selection of towels and a hairdryer are provided for guests use.

Independant Private Guest Suite:

Planning on bringing mum or mother-in-law along; this private and beautifully presented suite is perfect, allowing total privacy to be enjoyed by all? The suite is separate from the main home, accessed from the pool area. Previous guests have loved the total privacy this suite offers, great for two couples traveling together allowing each their own space & privacy. If grand parents are invited this suite is a sanctuary for them to escape to, or to enjoy some quiet time. Calm, relaxing, and inviting, glass sliders open onto the breathtaking pool deck with a window overlooking the garden to the front of the home. This suite offers a sumptuous queen size bed with plush bed linens, mini fridge, ceiling fan with lights, alarm clock, LCD TV combo, table lamps. A seating area with sofa and matching coffee & side tables for your relaxation.

Guest en-suite:

Offering large walk in shower, tiled vanity with mirror and lights above, exquisite feature tiled walls, toilet and etched glass door leading onto the pool deck. Towels and hairdryers are provided in all bathrooms.

Twin bedroom (1)

This stunning room is furnished and presented to a high standard. Matching beautiful twin beds with sumptuous pillow top mattresses and quality bed linens, ensuring a good nights sleep. Soaring ceiling, huge walk-in-closet, cable TV combo, plant shelf, piped music through the intercom system, a ceiling fan with lights in addition to the tiled floor.
Both twin bedrooms share the exquisitely tiled & presented Jack & Jill family bathroom. This sun-moon & stars themed bathroom offers a feature tiled vanity with mirror and lights above, bath tub with shower over, a hairdryer and a selection of towels are provided.

Front Twin bedroom (2)

Located to the front of the home with views overlooking the front garden. Another elegantly presented twin bedroom, matching twin beds with sumptuous pillow top mattresses and quality bed linens. This room is suitable for adults or children, offering cable TV/combo, piped music through the intercom system, ceiling fan in addition to the dresser, and a nice big closet.

Great Room:

Invites relaxation, the serene unobstructed views onto the natural lake usher a calming ambiance throughout the home. Elegant furnishing’s with great attention to detail. A selection of board games, library and a PlayStation 2 are provided for those stay at home day’s. Two sets of glass sliders, one offering access and view of the tranquil lake just a few steps to the rear of Unforgettable. The second set opens onto the side lanai, the perfect spot for a BBQ while watching the amazing Technicolor sunsets over the lake to the rear of your tranquil "Unforgettable" home from home.

Additional Patio overlooking the Tranquil Lake:

The perfect spot for evenings to treasure and remember, sipping cocktails while cooking on the BBQ and watching amazing Technicolor sunsets over the lake.A sofa with matching table and chair have been placed on the side lanai for your comfort. Peaceful spot during the day for writing in your journal or some wild life spotting, exotic local birds, bald eagles and osprey can be seen fishing here and so can you. If fishing is for you, the lake holds many!!

Kitchen:

The heart of many homes, this one is no exception. Everything is at your fingertips to prepare a humble snack or cook up a treat in this fully equipped kitchen with all modern day conveniences. If you did not come to Florida to cook, there are many great places to dine out and many more offering a delivery service. Triple glass sliders allowing direct pool access with great views onto the secluded private pool deck. If you are preparing a snack you will still be able to observe activity in the pool area through the large glass sliders. The open aspect into the Great Room offers views of the serene lake beyond. The breakfast nook has a table and chairs overlooking the pool deck, additional seating at the bar area of the kitchen for those wishing to breakfast prior to starting their day.

The perfect vacation spot due to these characteristics, but also due to its close proximity to Disney World and the many magical attractions Orlando has to offer. Some of Florida’s great beaches are within easy driving distances.

Close to everything the Orlando area has to offer, yet a true getaway from it all. A great selection of Championship Golf courses can be reached within minutes.

Champions Gate shopping plaza is a 4 minute drive offering a Publix supermarket to stock up on your everyday groceries. Various stores, including a Bank, Drug store, Nail Salon, Gas Station, Hairdressers, Restaurants. Walk in Medical Centre.

Orlando International Airport less than a 30 minutes drive.
