This apartment is family oriented as well as dog friendly with a pet fee of $25.00 per day per pet. Sorry no cats because of allergies. Located just steps to the beach and within walking distance of all of Dewey Beach.
Enjoy our huge backyards (one of the largest in Dewey) for cook outs, sitting around the fire pit, playing horseshoes, or just lounging in the sun.

Neighborhood
Located just steps to the beach and within walking distance of all of Dewey Beach. We are in one of the quiet areas of Dewey on the Ocean Block. We have off street parking for two vehicles (one behind the other) but the second car does require a Dewey Beach permit. Our location is perfect for families with small children or older guests as it is so close to the beach making it convenient for bathroom breaks, lunch, and nap time.
