Casa Eden is perfectly located to explore Tuscany, the main cities of art and to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the tuscan countryside.
The property is a 3 storey house that can accommodate up to 17 people: on the ground floor there is a large well equipped kitchen, the dining room and a toilet.
On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms one of which is en-suite, a room with 3 single bed and a shower room.
On the mezzanine level there is a toilet. On the second floor there is a family room with a double bed and a single bed, a room with 3 single beds, a en-suite room with a double sofa-bed, a shower room and a audio-video room with a DVD player. All the bedrooms are spacious and have comfortable beds.
Outside there is a nice terrace with table and chairs for "al fresco" dining, a barbecue, the garden with a gazebo and trees that provide a welcome shade during the summer months and a swimming pool. For our younger guests we have a sand pit and a lot of space to explore.

Directions
If you are intending to drive down from Pisa airport, you should exit the airport onto the Superstrada in the direction of Firenze.After approximately 45 minutes you should look out for the exit signposted simply 'Empoli'*, (which is the exit after the Empoli Ovest turn off and before the one at Empoli Est ).Take this turnoff and then follow the signs for Vinci.
If you are intending to drive down from Florence airport, you should exit the airport onto the Superstrada in the direction of Pisa.After approximately 45 minutes you should look out for the exit signposted simply 'Empoli'*, (which is the exit after the Empoli Est turn off and before the one at Empoli Ovest ).Take this turnoff and then follow the signs for Vinci.
If you are coming from the direction of Florence, get onto the Autostrada A1 towards Florence and take the exit signposted 'Scandicci' and then join the Superstrada in the direction of Pisa.After approximately 30 minutes, look out for the exit signposted simply 'Empoli'*,(which is the exit after the Empoli Ovest turnoff and before the one at Empoli Est.Take this turnoff and follow the signs for Vinci.
*For your convenience, there is a large Coop supermarket within the 'Empoli Centro' complex at the exit from the Superstrada
On arriving at Vinci drive through the village and up the hill.Part way up look for a black and white sign, on your left, for Podere Zollaio, which is a sharp turnoff onto a small lane.We are the fourth farmhouse along this lane.You will see the Podere Zollaio sign directly ahead of you on a short brick pillar.We will escort you up to Casa Eden from this point
Neighborhood
The property is situated on the Moltalbano hill amongst trees, olive groves and vineyards, with a few houses surrounding it.The area is peaceful and tranquil with the usual noises of farming and animal life typical of the area.

Between 60 and 30 days from your arrival date we will refund 50% of any sum paid.
30 days or less before your arrival date no refund will be made.
The person booking the holiday is responsible for any damage caused to the property of either Podere Zollaio or Casa Eden by their party
