Notes:
We have a restaurant being totally remodeled in the months of Aug, Septmeber and October. There may be some noise. My Ac is a portable model and cools the studio but will not be as cool as a centrally airconditioned hotel room. Magic Sands is called this because during some winter storms the sand is taken out into the bay when the seas calm the sand returns. There are stairs, about 17 to get to the property. The parking is nearby.

1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3:30 P.M. HST AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. HST.

2. This is a NON SMOKING unit. Smoking inside the condo will result in a $125 charge to clean the drapes. If you plan to smoke , please go outside to the far side of the building where there is a table and chairs. If you smoke in the condo, it will be apparent and you will be charged – no exceptions.
3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions. Please do not feed birds in condo as they leave dropping that stain the tile.
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. Broken and missing items will be charged to the damage deposit.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are to be cleaned. Soiled dishes and/or rubbish left in the condo will result in a $30 extra cleaning charge.
d. Keys are left on the kitchen counter, lock box key in lock box and unit is left locked.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f. No linens are lost or damaged.
g. NO Early check-in or late check-out.
h. Parking only in assigned stall number 206
i.Extra guests staying in the condo during the booking will result in a $20 per nite per person fee.
5. PAYMENT – Payment for rental ,tax and cleaning to be paid at 50% at booking and 50% sixty (60) day prior to arrival. If booking 7 days or less – 100 percent of rental is due at booking.
6. CANCELATIONS: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancelation. Cancelations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to $100.00 cancelation fee. Balance of advance rent will be refunded with in 14 days of cancelation notice. Cancelation that is less than 60 forfeits the deposit. Travel insurance is encouraged.
Cancelation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately. .
8. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to only persons stated on the rental agreement . Other guests will result in extra persons charges.
. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A three (3) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
9. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the four-night rate.
10. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
11. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. . We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units with the exception of the beach towels.
12. RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice.
13. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
14. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance
