It is situated in a courtyard style village of 27 homes. Our home is a 4* Failte Ireland approved holiday home sleeping up to 5 people. It features one double room (ensuite), one twin room and one single room. It has a spacious kitchen/dining area. It is fully equipped with separate washing machine, separate dryer , microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, radio/cd player with ipod port and 42 " flat screen ( satellite tv with over 100 channels) and dvd player. We provide all linens and towels. We can also provide cot and highchair if needed. Free upgraded wifi for sole use of our guests.

Nestled in a mountain valley on the edge of the glorious lakes, Killarney is renowned for its natural beauty. Our home is situated on Muckross Road beside the Lakes and National Park. It is approx 1 mile from the town centre and a 5 min walk from the INEC (Irish National Events Centre).

Neighborhood

Our home makes a wonderful base to explore Killarney and surrounding regions. Killarney with it s bustling streets lined with small galleries, traditional pubs and fine restaurants, it has an abundance of attractions. Visit Killlarney National Park where you can visit Muckross House a magnificent Victorian House, only minutes from our home. Take a trip to the Gap of Dunloe, a breathtaking passage in the MacGillycuddy Reeks or venture further a field and visit the Dingle Peninsula, with it s unique culture and heritage.

Only 1 mile aprrox from the town centre and next door to the INEC (Irish National Events Centre), our guests can enjoy access to the Aqulia Club which has a 25 mm swimming pool. This is available at a reduced rate to our guests. Horse riding, bike hire and hill walking are all within walking distance.

General Terms & Policies:
Electric is charged separate at €7 per day from April-Sept and €9 per day form October - March.
A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure a reservation. The balance becomes due 6 weeks priot to arrival.
A Refundable Security Demage Deposit is also payable.
Tax is charged at 9% on all Irish Holiday Lettings.
