The house name is Carova Heights located 3 miles south of the Virginia border in Carova Beach. This house is one lot back from oceanfront and is about 15ft. higher. The house elevation is higher than any other house as far as the eye can see. Ocean views from all decks, great room area and 5 of our 6 bedrooms. A 4x4 vehicle is a must. Located in the wild horse reserve area. This is a modern house with many amenities; jacuzzi (2), hot tub, lovely private pool and comfortable pool furniture, pool cabana bar and refrigerator, rec room with pool table, extra full size refrigerator and chest freezer, satellite TV with premium stations, on demand netflix, free long distance service anywhere in US, high speed internet with wireless wifi available throughout house and outside decks. We have lots of muti-poisition comfortable beach chairs Sheets and towels are provided from a cleaning service, you may want to bring your own beach towels. Paper goods, dish and laundry detergent, spices, shampoo, lotion, soap and many more items supplied with rental.. Cooking utensils and appliances supplied. Two grocery stores located about 20/30 minutes from the house - Food Lion and Harris Teeter. Daily visitations by small herds of wild horses. Your best chance for an eco-luxury vacation!
We are a 2 minute walk over the dune to the beach, approx. 100 yds using our easement. Enjoy spectacular sunrise and sunset from our great room. Great ocean views throughout the house.

Directions
Cross over the Sound via the Wright Memorial Bridge into Kill Davil Hills. Bear left onto Rte 12 North for 20 miles. Pass through Duck and Corolla and cointue until the paved road ends. Using 4-wheel drive vehicle only, continue up the beach for 8 miles to Mile Marker 20. Take the first or second turning off the beach (follow the tire tracks) come over the dune, and turn first right onto Sandfiddler Road. (No, there are no street signs). Head north on Sandfiddler until you see the lime green house sitting at the top of the hill. That's us. Turn right before you reach the house onto Eider Road and veer right into our drive way (to the right of the light pole. Best to make the journey on the beach at lower tide. Speed limit is strictly enforced.
Neighborhood
Small enclaves of beach rentals, ocean front and semi-ocean front, on all sand roads that also meander between canals and continue onto the sound. Adjacent to nature reserves and sanctuaries, hiking trails, boating on the sound,no commercial establishments permitted. Great bird watching, animals and critters of all sorts, including a herd of wild Spanish mustangs that date back to the conquistadors.

Rental Terms
Rate includes linens (sheets and towels), paper goods, bathroom sundries, garbage backs, laundry items, sundries and spices . Property should be left in condition it was found and 'broom swept' clean. If so, security deposit will be returned. Cleaning service will change the linens and clean bathrooms.
Rates are from $2,595 to $4695. Sunday to Sunday weekly rentals only,
