very comfortable apartment
We loved our stay at michael and yvonnes apartment. It was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The facilities were excellent especially the very well stocked 24 hour convenience store located on the ground floor. The swimming pool was great especially if you are taking children. Michael and Yvonne even put up a Christmas tree for us!!! A very enjoyable holiday
The Wards in Toronto!!
We arrived (myself husband and 4 year old)to great weather, and found the apartments very easily with help of the Sat Nav, we were greeted by the owners who are lovely..they showed us were to park our car and took us up to the apartment and around the complex. There was a lot of information in the apartment about things to do in and around the area and also the owners recomended a fate to go to that was on over the weekend. They told us we could ring them if we were unsure about anything. The apartment was lovely and very clean and comfortable. It is located in mississagua in an apartment complex with quite a few floors with a great view, wich we found was a great base for our holiday. There is plenty to do there and is not that far from Toronto.We cought the bus into Toronto one day this cost $20.00 return for 2 adults kids under 5 are free- we also drove and the car parks vary from $12.00 to $20.00 in Toronto- We needed the Sat nav, not sure what we would of done without that! The apartment is about an hour from Niagra, lots to do there- if we were staying longer prob would have gone back a second day! Toronto zoo is a long day recomend the train that goes around it as it took us all day to walk around and very tired after!- you can get of and on the train all round the zoo. We also spent our last day in square one mall (all day) there are so many shops in there keep you buisy for hours. You cant come to Canada without going to Tim haughtons and the nearest one isnt far from the apartment!!!!! We had a great week, my daughter loved going to the pool and chatting with the residents were ever she went.... The only thing we didnt like was the traffic coming out of Toronto in rush hour...... I would defenatly stay at this location again and also would go back to this apartment, I think we should of stayed longer than a week it just wasnt enough time. A big thankyou to the owners for letting us stay as they made our holiday so easy - hopefully we will be back xx
It was our pleasure having your family stay with us,on your first trip to Mississauga. Our guests always find the information brochures helpful when trying to decide what to do and where to go... Mississauga is the city next door to Toronto; it has the convienience of the city in the suburbs.. With good transportation links to Toronto it offers the best of both worlds.
Back at Square 1
My family was back at the condo for the 4th of July weekend and the place was just as nice as last year. Well maintained unit and stocked with everything we needed in order to make it a true home away from home. Michael and Yvonne was very accommodating, and full of information of places to go and things to do. The property is close to everything so getting to and from did not take long at all. We will be going back again. Thank you Michael and Yvonne and we look forward to seeing you guys again.

we stayed at the apartment for about a week. i couldn't be more satisfied for the outcome I got. it wasn't just that the apartment was in a great location, away from traffic, a stone throw from square one shopping mall. or that the building had awesome facilities like BBQ, swimming pool, gym, and 24hr convenience store in the building. but what made me even more satisfied is the service and accommodation we received from Michael and Yvonne. Our special requests were definitely provided each time we asked for something. These guys are hard workers and know how to keep their customers happy. i would totally recommend them for any day.

Holiday apartment
The apartment was ideally located for exploring Toronto and the surrounding area. All facilities were provided and in good order. The leisure facility was ideal and kept our teenagers happy on the odd wet day we had. All in all, one of the best apartments we have stayed in.

What a view !!
We are two youthful seniors who spent a month at the property. We were impressed with the attention that we were given by Michael and his family . From the welcome meeting to the farewell meeting our every need was catered for and the visits and calls from Michael & Yvonne were much appreciated. The property is very well maintained with plenty of home comforts and the 24/7 grocery store very useful. Celebration Square is awesome and the facilities in the building such as the gym and pool are first class , we also found the other residents that we met at the pool for instance to be very friendly and helpful with ideas on how to spend our days.We particularly enjoyed our trips a little further afield to such lovely places as Elora, Unionville, Fergus, Cobourg ,Port Hope and Stratford , Oakville (excellent free museum) as well as the nearer attractions like the city of Toronto and Lake Ontario (15 min drive) .Drive south down Hurontario Road to one of the GO stations for great transport by train into the heart of the city with free parking.. A couple of picnic chairs and a cooler would have been useful for the blisteringly hot days that we enjoyed during our stay !! Good value eateries at Milestones or the Keg on Mavis Road. Overall a real home from home that we would stay at again and wholeheartedly recommend to couples or families.
Indeed it was our pleasure having you stay for the extended period. Guests are always spoilt for choice with the many things to see and do. sometimes two even weeks is not enough! It was good that you were able to visit some of the smaller towns and attractions in and around the GTA. Thank you for the great suggestions. they have already been implemented.
Short stay
the apartment was great and the website pictures certainly do not do it justice. The view was incredible. Everything you could want was in the apartment. We were only there for 3 days and did not get a chance to try the local transport although we did hire a car and went to Niagra for the day. Our main requirements were for a comfortable well furnished 2 bedroomed apartment in a nice area and at a reasonable price and these were more than fulfilled. We would certainly return and would recommend it to anyone . the owners Michael and Yvonne were very nice and very helpful.

Great Location, Clean, Well Appointed
We stayed in Michael and Yvonne's condo for a week while attending a conference in Toronto. The condo was perfectly located in downtown Mississauga, just a quick walk from the library and playground, which our kids loved. ' Michael and Yvonne were very attentive and caring hosts, meeting us for arrival and departure, and even stopping by to drop off some information for us on the second day of our stay. The condo itself was spotlessly clean, and with little things like laundry soap that made it very comfortable. The condo's facilities are fantastic, with a pool and a 24 hour grocery store (relatively reasonably priced, considering the location and hours) in the building. All in all, this was a great stay, and we'd highly recommend.

Great Location
Pros 1. Michael and Yvonne are prompt, friendly, helpful and accommodating--very nice people. 2. Location, location, location--walking distance to some great restaurants, shopping and very central for getting around the GTA. We went to the Canadian Open, Rogers Centre, and Alumni Stadium at Guelph on our trip and were central to everything. 3. Easy to find and good/secure parking. 4. Excellent amenities with the market in store, pool, cardio and weight rooms, etc. Cons 1. Definitely a rental unit-the furniture is lower-end--both single beds were cheap jysk wood models with thin mattresses and even the master was far from a sleep comfort. 2. We were there in the heat of July and the air conditioning struggled to keep the apartment as cool as we would have liked. Not unbearable or uncomfortable by any means just not perfect. 3. Disappointing that it only had Netflix and not cable. We didn't go on a holiday to watch tv but a couple days we were wiped after an early morning and long day of golf and would have liked just leaning back with a cold beer and watching the football game.
Hello Derek, Thank you for your feedback. I will address the concerns listed as they appear in your review. The apartment has comfortable well made furniture. The Queen size bed is a Serta perfect sleeper Mattress complete with a sturdy metal frame, and was purchased on the basis that it would meet the needs of the majority of guests. The two single beds have thick foam mattresses which have proved to be more than adequate for the many families that have stayed with us. The air conditioning is and has been working all summer If we had been informed, it would have been just a case of us contacting building management to make any necessary adjustment. Previously, cable TV has been provided,however the cable provider changes the package content regularly. There is no guarantee that a particular game or sporting event Will be available without constant monitoring of network schedules. Netflix was provided in response to a number of guests asking for the movie network.Most guests stay for a short period and have indicated when asked; that given the choice. They prefer to have a large choice of movies and TV shows for entertainment when they decide to stay indoors.As local and international news is readily available online. We always try to meet the needs of our guests. However, at no time where we made aware of any of the above concerns. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. Great Place to Stay
From first contact through to leaving the apartment the process of working with Michael and Yvonne was a pleasure, we enjoyed booking with them and they could not have made the process any easier. We have stayed in central Toronto before so for this vacation we wanted to stay somewhere a bit more relaxed that had gym and pool for us to utilise, The facilites were fantastic and were used daily, the pool is cleaned every day and is in great condition. The apartment is in great condition and is very well stocked and the kitchen had every thing you need to use if cooking daily, there was plenty of room for the three of us to live and relax. The location is fantastic, you can go down to Celebration Square and join in many activities going on, from films being shown on big screen to Italyfest! The square is also great for kids as they have fountains and water area for them to play in. You have everything nearby from Square One Mall through to numerous SuperMarkets, we were really happy that there was a Wholefoods nearby with great selection of fresh fish and great produce. You are also near the Interstates so you can either head into central Toronto or the Niagara wine region all very close and easy to access for day trip. We have rented many places in many locations over the years and our stay at this apartment and the overall experience was up there at the top.
