It features a large pool directly on the ocean, open sundeck surrounding the pool and facing the ocean, outdoor covered eating area, spectacular sunsets, calming ocean waves, kitchen, and tropical gardens all in a quiet and private setting. Swim or sunbathe in La Casita’s large 32' private pool while enjoying incredible views of the crystal clear Caribbean sea.

The villa faces due west where you can witness breathtaking sunsets and the parade of cruise ships and sail boats coming and going. La Casita Villa is located in the fabulous Beacon Hill area. It is just a short walk to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Burgeaux Bay, Maho Bay and Simpson Bay are the nearest beaches yet everything on the Island is only a short drive away. The exclusive Beacon Hill peninsula has access monitored by a security guard each evening.

La Casita is a fully air conditioned private home and offers three separate and large bedrooms each with a bathroom and shower. All rooms and outdoor patios are spacious and comfortably furnished with a mixture of rattan and island accessories.
