Rental Agreement:
1/2 rent in advance and $100 security deposit required to book your dates. Deposit becomes non-refundable 30 days prior to your arrival. Personal check accepted 14 days in advance, cashiers check accepted, cash accepted, credit card accepted with an additional 3% credit card fee.
