The apartment is quiet and calm, on a courtyard with a view across the rooftops. Bedroom with French queen size bed plus separate living room with a convertible sofa bed. Modern bathroom with Italian style shower and washing machine/dryer combo.

Fully equipped luxurious oak kitchen great for preparing meals using some of the amazing products from the local farmer's market in front of the apartment twice a week. There are also many shops and supermarkets open daily right at your door.
Very close to the Montparnasse cemetery where such notables as Simone de Beauvoir and Gainsbourg are buried. The Montparnasse train station is a couple of blocks away, as well as several Metro locations (Edgar Quinet, Vavin, Raspail to name a few). The neighborhood has been a favorite of artists and writers for many years including Picasso and Hemmingway. Some of the great cafes they ate and drank at are right out your door and ready for you to sip a glass of wine or coffee while watching the Parisian lifestyle.
