Rental Terms
Arrive: 16:00, Depart: 11:00
A deposit/security bond of GBP150 by credit/debit card required on booking. This is returned on your card after property inspection for damage or breakages less a linens/bedding/laundry fee of GBP50. Full rental rates are deducted from your card approx 6 weeks before entry date.
Small breakages like cups or drinking glasses can be replaced before leaving. The house must be left in the same condition you found it on arrival. If not deposit will not be returned.
We recommend that INSURANCE be taken out against cancellation. Once deducted all monies are non-refundable so please ensure you insure against cancellation for any reason. REMEMBER.. TAKE OUT YOUR OWN INSURANCE.
Terms & Conditions
£150 on booking. Rental payment is deducted 6 weeks before your entry date. Both amounts are non-refundabe once deducted so make sure you take out your own cancel insurance.
