Terms & Conditions
We have been renting our vacation condo on VRBO for over 10 years. We no longer use VRBO to save our clients money from VRBO fees. We will send a rental email to you if we agree on a rental time. A $200 non-refundable deposit to hold reservation time. We will send an email with directions and a code for entry to our condo 30 days prior to your arrival provided all rental funds have been paid. The entrance code for our condo will be active for the duration of your stay. Further questions can be answered by phone or email.
