ABOUT SEA SONG COTTAGE
Sea Song Cottage was built nearly 60 years ago by one of the country's preeminent families.
Carefully conceived and constructed, Sea Song features architectural elements that embody the very essence of Bahamian design. The original wood floors are made from Abacos pine which is legendary for its durability and beauty. The walls are constructed of hand-shaped concrete and there is a pair of French doors that opens onto the waterfront patio. The bedroom also opens to the rear patio and features extensive 180-degree water views through a glass door as well as several windows.
Statement: Sea Song is a vintage cottage located directly on the ocean in a developing first-world country. Guests who love this special and unique home tend to be independent, flexible and good humored. For those visitors to Nassau who prefer more coddling, we respectfully recommend Atlantis and Ocean Club.
OCEAN VIEWS FROM EVERY ROOM!
Every room has a million dollar view. From the bedroom with its glass door and two bookend windows to the living room with its French doors. Even the bathroom has a million dollar view!
The oceanfront rear patio overlooks Paradise Island as well as pristine Atholl Island (which is home to a national reef park). At night, you can enjoy city light views from the world-famous Atlantis Resort as well as the exclusive Ocean Club (prominently featured in the James Bond blockbuster, Casino Royale).

Restrictions:
No smoking, no pets, no children under 17 years of age. Sea Song is a vintage cottage located directly on the ocean. It also contains family heirlooms, crystal kitchenware and other items that are inherently fragile. As such, Sea Song is a setting far better suited for adult guests.

Located on Nassau's prestigious and elite Eastern End, Sea Song offers a rare opportunity to experience the "Real Bahamas." It is surrounded by multimillion dollar mansions, lush private compounds and waterfront villas. While tucked away in a quiet part of the island, far away from the tourists, Sea Song is conveniently located near the best that Nassau has to offer. It's only a few minutes by car to the island's finest beaches, restaurants, gambling, art galleries, diving and shopping. The cottage is also conveniently located to Atlantis.
