Oceanfront 1 bed 1 bath unit very well maintained and loaded with all the comforts of home. Reasonable rates with lots of amenities at the Luana Kai in Central Kihei. A Great place to launch your kayak and watch the whales breach from your lanai. Beautiful sunsets every night. Free tennis courts steps away and the beaches are awesome in the Kihei area. The unit does not have Air Conditioning because it is a corner unit and there are very nice cross breezes as well as two ceiling fans. Building D unit 101 was completely remodeled in 2012. Come enjoy some real Aloha lifestyle in this family/couple oriented resort. This unit is best suited for a couple or two friends - the unit is not well designed for small children. There is lots of privacy as the condo is a corner unit at the end of Building D. A large flowering hedge and lush shrubs separate the the property next door and the closest building is 100 feet away. Very quiet and serene.
