The front door opens to the living room with high vaulted ceilings, flat-screen TV with Blu-ray, and a wood burning fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has a wood floor and a center island with counter seating and a TV. A sun room and dining room with seating for 6 are off the kitchen. One bedroom has twin beds and direct access to a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with access to the bathroom through the hallway.
Up the stairs from the living room is the master suite with king bed, sitting area, and a master bath with luxurious tub and walk in shower.
All 3 bedrooms have flat screen TVs with DVD players. The TVs include access to Multi-Room DVR and premium movie and sports channels. Power strips with USB charging ports are in all bedrooms and in the hallway across from the kitchen bar.
The large deck in back can be accessed from the sun room, the dining room, or the queen bedroom and includes a table with seating for 6, a gas grill, and 2 chaise lounges for relaxing.
A beach access path at the end of the cul-de-sac provides access to Palm Blvd. From there the beach is one block down 51st Street.
The property includes access to the Wild Dunes amenities at no additional charge, including:
