Beautifully furnished and recently remodeled, our oceanview condo is the perfect place for you and your family. Located on the second row in Garden City, this condo is the perfect place to sit on the balcony and enjoy the lovely sea air and the sound of the waves. The Atlantic Ocean just across the street is easily accessible for a day of fun in the sun. Just five blocks south is the Garden City pier where Dad can fish, the kids can enjoy the arcade and everyone can enjoy the live music. Our onsite swimming pool is the perfect place to spend the end of the day when you’re tired of the beach.
A short 10-minute drive away is the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk - the home to several award-winning restaurants, water sports and deep sea fishing. If you are interested in golfing, the Grand Strand area is the place to be! Several award winning golf courses are within a short drive of our condo.
Our one bedroom condo has two Queen size beds and a Queen size pull out couch. We have recently (completed in January 2012) remodeled the kitchen/living room and bedroom having installed new countertops, cabinets, flooring and furniture as well as repainting the entire condo. Our complex has recently expanded the pool area with a new vinyl fence and landscaping. Our condo is located on the third floor with beautiful sunset views of the magnificent Murrells Inlet marsh from the front door.
Local activities include golf, mini golf, live musical shows, state parks, shopping, swimming, beach, surfing, deep sea fishing, parasailing, kayaking, banana boats, piers and amusement parks.
