6. CANCELLATIONS – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $75.00 processing fee. The balance of the security deposit will be returned, ie, $175.00. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days will forfeit the security deposit, as well as any charges for days that cannot be re-rented. Cancellations or changes that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and security deposit. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
