Modern Vacation Rental Villa - Pool & Walk to Beach

Our contemporary villa is designed and inspired by Mal Pais's tropical climate and gorgeous coastline. It blends both the indoor and outdoor environments with its use of outdoor terraces, open-plan living and high-ceilings.

A total of 4 Master bedrooms, 1 Twin bedroom and 4.5 bathrooms, 2 fully fitted kitchens and a brand new swimming pool, located in a rustic reocation being just a short walk to the beach makes us a favorite vacation rental villa in Mal Pais and Santa Teresa.

Sliding glass doors practically take up the entire west facing part of the second floor which open up to an expansive balcony overlooking the pool. Additionally the balcony has a Hot / Cold Jacuzzi, a covered dining area, lounge chairs, hammock and a BBQ for an intimate, cozy environment which is great for alfresco dining as well. The bottom floor has a giant terrace overlooking our beautiful garden and is just a few steps from the swimming pool. It also has a hammock, a couple lounge chairs and a patio set.

Modern Comforts:
Quality bed linens, beach and pool towels, daily housekeeping and specialty services such as private Yoga or Pilates classes, surf lessons, massages and private chefs can be arranged. There's central A/C with separate controls for each floor, two broadband WiFi networks, washer and dryer in each floor, ceiling fans in each one of the bedrooms, balcony and terrace. It's a modern paradise in a tropical dream.
