Hidden behind an ancient adobe wall, just 5 minutes walk to the vibrant 'Calle La Ronda' you will find Wantara Garden Suites. A historical Villa with beautiful gardens and several Maisonettes with cobblestoned Patio are forming a 15.000 sq. ft condo.
The design of the areas gives you the chance to interact with other people in our condo, or to stay private. You can use an ample green area as well as a pergola with hammocks and a BBQ.
It took us three years to carefully renovate the place. We created seven independent units in a Mediterranean style, without losing the colonial charm of the place. The suites have all new and modern appliances, are individually decorated and built with ecological standards. Art objects in the carefully designed garden and living spaces give the place a special flair.
Suite Sol has two levels, kitchen/dining area and bathroom in the first floor and study bedroom in the second floor with double bed (1.40m x 1.90m).

Late check-in (after 6PM) has an extra cost of US$ 40 which includes an airport transfer.
Payment in full is due 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
Cleaning service twice a week is included in rental contracts. Established cancellation policy according to rental agreement
