Lot's of outdoor space, in fact there's a huge 'L' shaped terrace with a beautiful garden view. There's a comfy patio set and hammock to relax in and absorb sounds of the surf, birds, the occasional howler monkey.

What makes our location ideal is the fact that you're within a short walk to the beautiful beaches and tide pools of Mal Pais; yet a short drive to all the beach breaks and reefs of Santa Teresa, Playa Hermosa, Manzanillo and even Cabuya.

There is a a convenience store that is a short walk from the house as well. Additional places you can walk to is 'Mary's Restaurant', a great dinner spot and local favorite with freshly caught local seafood specials, the 'Freedom Riding' surf shop which also offers stand up paddle boarding tours right there off the Mal Pais reefs and further down the beach you can go the Mal Pais Fishery to buy fresh fish to cook back at home (they'll gladly filet the fish for you).
