Completely renovated with brand-new appliances & furnishings, it is just minutes on foot from Trocadero and the Arch of Triumph ,at Place Victor Hugo in the chic 16th arrondissement. Views onto the private courtyard ensure a tranquil sleeping environment.
There is a separate kitchen with microwave oven/grill, refrigerator,dishwasher, and induction stovetop.
The bathroom has a brand-new shower, sink unit and WC. All linens and towels are hotel-quality. Washer & dryer are available for stays of 5 nights or more.
The neighborhood is full of cute shops, and restaurants as it is right off of the Place Victor Hugo. There is also a fresh-air market two days a week right down the street as well as a shopping center with grocery stores, a dry cleaner, hairstyling shops, etc..
The metro station Victor Hugo is 2 minutes away, and there are several public bicycle stations ( Vel Lib) and public , electric car borrowing stations nearby. The bus 82 and 52 take you to Neuilly , Champs de Mars, and the Opera neighborhoods

Directions
From CDG Airport, take either a taxi, or the RER B suburban train line to Paris. At Chatelet station, switch to the RER A line in the direction of Charles deGaulle/Etoile station. At Etoile, change to the #2 Metro line in the direction Pte. Dauphine and go one stop to Place Victor Hugo station. Above ground, walk around the circle in either direction until to come to rue Mesnil. Walk to number 7 and we'll be there to meet you !

Rental Terms
A $50 cleaning fee, a $300 damage deposit and a 50% rent deposit are due upon booking. Travelers' checks are accepted.
The remainder of the bill is due in cash upon arrival.
The $300 damage deposit will be returned to the guest within one week of the last night of the reservation.
Any damage to the apartment due to misuse is the guests' responsibility and will be assessed by l'Appart' Victor Hugo's owners.
