Villa Luna su Forreddu

It’s located on a small private road, about 500M from the beach, and 700 from town. The yard is a lush carpet of grass like a golf course, enclosed by shrubs, a fence, and a gated driveway.

The house has ample covered veranda circling it, with the kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor. Down the stairs opens into a large open room with two sets of bunk beds for the kids. Off of this there is a third bedroom and another bathroom.

The house has been used exclusively for personal use by the owners, who recently decided to rent it out, as they go less frequently. From the photos you can see the owners’ personal touches.

Off-season the house is available for rent as a 2 bedroom, using only the ground floor.
