From downtown Quepos, head towards the Manuel Antonio park. After you pass the Hotel Mono Azul, on the right hand side, turn off to the right. Drive about 50 meters, over the two speed bumps. You will see the entrance to the La Reserva Gated Community on the right. There is a security booth. Villa Feliz is located within this property.
Neighborhood
The gated community of La Reserva, where Villa Feliz is located, is ideally located within walking distance to various restaurants, the public bus stop, and even downtown Quepos. There is a hiking trail to a nearby beach (about 15 minutes hike each way.) The Marina Pez Vela in Quepos is about 5 minutes drive away. The Manuel Antonio National Park and beaches are about a 10 minute drive from the Villa.

Rental Terms
Cancelation policy: No refunds are provided. However, we agree to reschedule reservations within 12 months of original check-in date. Holiday stays shall be paid in full 60 days prior to check-in.
Re-Scheduling: Confirmed rentals can be re-scheduled provided that re-schedule request is submitted at least 60 days prior to check-in date. Deposits will be transferred to new date. The renter must re-schedule within 60 days or deposit will be lost.

Little piece of paradise
From the fabulous views to the friendly, accomodating staff, Casa Feliz is a great place to escape. Regardless of which bedrooom you choose you feel like you have the best room in the house. Great details and views from each room. There are great social spaces and places to escape and read a book while overlooking the pacific. We were in CR for a family party and it was a great place to entertain. The staff took care of menus, caterers and entertainment. All we had to do is show up and enjoy! We will definitely be back to this little piece of paradise!
Amazing!
Our stay at Casa Feliz in La Reserva was absolutely amazing! Does not even compare to anywhere else we have traveled. We had wonderful treatment by La Reserva staff and the concierge took care of everything and very informative too. Anything we wanted to do, the concierge made it happen and added it to our itinerary. Casa Feliz is a beautiful home in pristine condition! Every day, the house keeper cleaned house, cleaned rooms, had our clean laundry in room, dishes done and put away. La Reserva is minutes away from fabulous, ocean view restaurants or stay in and order pizza. Our absolute favorite thing we did was the zip line in the jungle!! We think if we go back, we would only do the zip line excursion and enjoy the rest of the time relaxing at Casa Feliz. We enjoyed all the excursions we did, but the house is like a resort and you never have to leave it. Our vacation at La Reserva was a worry free, unforgettable, fun, relaxing experience and we would go back in a heartbeat!
