To reserve, Half of the weekly rate is due to secure home.. Balance of rent, tax and damage deposit must be paid 40 days prior to check-in day.

Damage Deposit Required: $500 Damage Deposit is refunded 5-7 days after check-out if home is left in order.

Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal are accepted. There is a 3% charge on credit card payments.

Key Lime

My husband and I took our girls here for Christmas and we LOVED it!!! Perfect location! The house is absolutely Amazing! And the owners are great people! We normally Stay at hotels but never again lol. We cannot wait to stay at this house again! Thank you Krista we had an awesome time :)

Great Time!

Thanks so much for renting this great house to us. My husband and I had a great time. We will definitely be back. It is so nice to be in a house vice a condo w/the ease of no elevator or people traffic. Great time!

Perfect Week

We had several families staying from Memphis. We loved the golf cart. The size of the house was perfect for us. Perfect week.

Awesome

The house has served as a great family getaway!! There was 9 of us and we were all comfortable. The golf cart was a blessing, Loved the pool. AWESOME!
