Our location is in the main center of San Terenzo (Lerici) and you can move yourself by walking. The locations is equipped with everything is necessary ( including dishwasher and washing machine).
You will not need a car to stay at our locations. In the main center of San Terenzo you will find restaurants, the shops and public transportation. If you are coming by car you will be able to park it along the public roads outside San Terenzo (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).
The autostrada can be reached in less than 10 minutes and there are several nearby interesting villages and towns to visit including Lerici, Tellaro, Montemarcello, Sarzana, and La Spezia. Portovenere and Le Cinque Terre are just a short boat ride away from the port in Lerici. It is the perfect base for exploring Liguria, NW Tuscany and beyond.
The apartment is at the 3* floor without elevator and it is recommended for 4 people and is composed as follow :
- one double room with sea view
-another double room with 2 single beds
-diner room and kitchen
- bathroom with shower
The apartment is 20 meters from the sea and the beach with sand.

It is also possible to rent for a shorter period.

Neighborhood
Lerici is in the south part of Liguria which is a narrow stretch of land comprised between the Ligurian Sea and the meeting-point of the Alps and Apennines. The best period to visit Lerici is between March and end of October.
Liguria offers visitors a lot of interesting itineraries, ranging from traditional sights on the Riviera (its beaches and coastal rocks are world famous) to inland old town areas and mediaeval villages that are off the beaten track and the tourist place like Firenze, Pisa, Genova that are around 1.5 hour maximum distance.
