The apartment is fully furnished and well appointed. Kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need such as appliances, cookware, dishes, etc.

It’s the first apartment when you enter the building and on the first floor hence, there will not be any stairs for you to climb up with your luggages. In comparison to many places in New York City the street noise is very minimal in our neighborhood so no worries there. In additional, we have thermal insulated blackout and noise reduction curtains to be extra sure you get a good night rest.

The apartment is well-situated and very central in Midtown East and it is walking distance to Central Park, incredible 5th avenue shopping area including all the major flagship stores (Abercrombie and Fitch, Lacoste, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales, Apple, Prada plus many more), Rockefeller center, Radio City Music Hall, MOMA, Park Avenue, Madison Avenue, 42nd street Times Square and the BROADWAY Theaters District!
