Relax on the back patio - right next to the beautiful lake - or explore Kingston Plantation. Kingston is a 145-acre master-planned community with freshwater lakes, landscaped grounds, numerous walking paths, and - best of all - half a mile of spectacular beach. The St. James Park pool is literally a minute from our door.

The Embassy Suites located at Kingston features a full-service restaurant and a Starbucks in the lobby. Apache Pier, the longest wooden pier on the East coast, is next to Kingston. You can walk the pier, try your hand at fishing (they rent rods), or play in their arcade.

The villa is a brief walk to the beach, Embassy Suites, and Apache Pier. The location is perfect, allowing guests privacy and quiet but with quick access to the beach. St. James Park has plenty of parking, and our unit has an assigned covered carport spot. We also have beach chairs and toys for you to use.

All bedrooms have flat-panel televisions and ceiling fans.Two beautifully-remodeled bathrooms. Master bathroom has large, walk-in tiled shower. Security Deposit: $250
General Terms & Policies:
An advance $1000 payment equal to 50% of the total rental rate is required upon booking. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rate for your total stay.
• Payments will be received in the form of a bank issued cashier’s check or personal check.
• The $1000 outstanding balance (other 50%) of rent is due 30-days before your arrival date.
***Please note, if you book less than 30-days prior to date of arrival, the full amount is due at once upon booking…thank you!
• There is a separate charge of $120.00 for a departure cleaning. This amount is added to the rental total.

CANCELLATIONS:
• A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation in order to receive a full refund of current paid balances. Cancellations made less than thirty days in advance will forfeit the refund of advance payment/deposit. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
