Reviews must be based on a legitimate reservation completed through Connecting Rentals.

To help maintain the integrity of our review system:

  3. Reviews should be truthful, accurate, and based on the facts of the stay.


Fair and Respectful Feedback

Reviews should focus on relevant aspects of the reservation, including:

No Review Manipulation

Guests and hosts may not:

  2. Offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews.
  3. Retaliate against another party because of a disagreement or policy decision.
  4. Attempt to manipulate ratings or review outcomes.


Review Removal


Connecting Rentals may remove reviews that:


  1. Violate this Review Policy.
  2. Contain false or misleading information.
  3. Are unrelated to the reservation experience.
  4. Include prohibited or abusive content.
  5. Were submitted fraudulently or by someone who did not participate in the reservation.


Removing a review is reserved for situations where it clearly violates our policies. We believe honest opinions—even when critical—have value when they are respectful, relevant, and based on a genuine experience.
