Cancellation Policy:
Written notification is required by the signing tenant(s) in order to release the existing lease agreement back to Rodney Dunes Pier 12 in an effort to rent the apartment again. At that time we will make the apartment available for rent in an effort to rent the property. If we are unable to rent the period that you have reserved, and you have paid a deposit, you will be held responsible for payment in full. If we are able to rent the property, there is a 15% cancellation fee of the total rental amount ($150.00 minimum). You will receive a refund check for the balance which will be sent to you once the new rental is secured and payment has been received in full. Trip insurance is recommended in the event a cancellation is necessary. Some, but not all companies are CSATravelProtection .com, GetAwayInsurance.com, InsureMyTrip.com, SkyMed.com, TravelGuard.com, or TravelProtect.com. Many insurance carriers may be found on the Internet by doing a search for “trip insurance”.

Smoking:
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE BUILDING OR APARTMENT. Smoking inside will ABSOLUTELY result in the loss of your security deposit. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and do not throw them in the yard or parking area. There will be a $25.00 charge for cleaning up smoking debris in the yard.

Pets:
NO PETS WILL BE PERMITTED without prior approval. Tenants found with pets without will be in violation of this Agreement. Tenants will be asked to vacate premises with no return of rent or security deposit.

Security deposit plus $500 of the rental amount due upon reserving if ore than 30 days of reservation. If less than 30 days the full amount plus security is due in full.
