This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condominium in the heart of Clearwater Beach has breathtaking panoramic views of the intracoastal waterway from the living room and master bedroom onto the spacious 29 foot balcony.
This 1824 square foot unit with 10 foot ceilings has been beautifully decorated by an interior designer. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have King Beds. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Use of our poolside Cabana is included with beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, cooler and beach toys supplied. Reserved undercover parking next to elevator for easy access.
Fully equipped with all amenities including HD TVs in living room and each bedroom. Free high speed WiFi internet access and free long distance calling. The fully equipped kitchen has maple cabinets, Corian countertop and custom pantry.
You will be within walking distance to the public beach as well as Pier 60 and the Clearwater Marina where you will find water sports, dolphin cruises, fishing boats, dinner cruises and more. Directly across the street is the famous Shephard's Resort for dining and entertainment.

The white sugary sand of Clearwater Beach extends for nearly three miles, allowing plenty of space for beach goers to spread their blanket. You can walk to the beach and Pier 60 where there is nightly sunset entertainment and activities. Next to Pier 60 is Clearwater Marina which has every imaginable water activity available from Dolphin Cruises to speedboat rides to parasailing and fishing just to name a few. This is home to the most famous Dolphin - The Dolphin Tale movies were filmed at the Clearwater Aquarium and late Winter (the famous dolphin who lost her tail as a baby) is the star of the movies. There are restaurants and mini golf within walking distance. The trolley stop is right in front of our building if you don't have a car. Vacation Paadise
This is our first time staying at Harborview Grande #405. We stayed from May 26-June 3, 2023. Patricia and Steve were amazing!! They made this rental easy and gave us great places to visit and see. Condo was VERY spacious, clean, and has the best view of the bay that you could ask for. Sunrises were gorgeous! We were able to see dolphins, RIGHT OFF OUR BALCONY! This condo was positioned 2nd row back from Clearwater Beach, only a 5-10min walk from the condo. Also, the owners were gracious enough to provide chairs, an umbrella, and beach supplies. You will be conveniently located to Pier 60 where you can walk the beach, shop, and enjoy simple or fine dining. Everything from linens, to towels, and all the cookware you may need was provided. All you have to do is plan and ENJOY! :)

Wonderful home, great location
We had a fantastic time staying at Harborview Grande #405. The reserved parking spot is so close to the elevator, it made unloading luggage a breeze. The location is a short walk (less then 5 minutes, even with small kids in tow) down the paved beachwalk to the main beach. The owners have a poolside cabana/closet where they have a full stock of every beach related item you might need: boogie boards, beach chairs, a cooler, plenty of beach toys, an umbrella, and even an awesome beach cart to push everything down the street! Super convenient. Close to ice cream shop and tons of fantastic restaurants. The condo itself was spotless. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare a few meals. Having a full washer and dryer in the condo was beyond helpful. The check-in and checkout process was a breeze and the owners contacted us to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We are already looking forward to another trip in the future. I can't wait to sit on the gorgeous balcony with a cup of morning coffee and watch the sunrise again.

Spacious condo, with beautiful view
#405 in Harborview Grande was the perfect place for our Clearwater Beach vacation. The condo location is walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops and activities. Having the cabana with everything you needed for the beach and pool was wonderful. We especially loved the cart to get it all down to the beach. The condo was stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. It is VERY spacious and the beds are so comfortable! The view from the balcony was so nice and we woke everyday to catch the sunrise and see dolphins. We highly recommend this condo!! The owners were very helpful and eager for us to enjoy our stay.

Home away from home
I can not say enough good things about our visit to Clearwater. Pat & Steve were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make our vacation perfect. Wonderful place to stay
This was an awesome place to stay. The directions to get in are spot on. It was a very spacious condo and had everything we needed. Made our time at the national championship that much more special. Magnificent!!
Our stay in Harborview Condominium exceeded our expectations! From the moment we entered the place, it was clean, spacious, had wonderful views of the bay, had a practical kitchen with all the appliances needed and was beautifully decorated. Our two-year old daughter had even found a high-chair in one of the many closets, which she was using for our daily meals. The pool cabana had all the equipment for the beach so that we could save up money on renting the beach chairs and an umbrella. We will definitely come back to this place and we do recommend it to anybody looking for a cozy, neat, practical and center- located condo.

Amazing time
Our family had an absolutely incredible time at Pat and Steves condo! It was our first time in Clearwater and their place was the perfect home away from home. They had everything we needed and more! We brought our 2 year old and having the high chair and pack and play was a huge bonus! We loved sitting outside on the balcony having our coffee in the morning and some cocktails in the evening. We cannot wait to return with more family next time and stay here again! Thanks again Pat and Steve for opening up your home and for all the great information you provided leading up to our trip

Beautiful condo!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in harborview grande. The condo was clean, updated, and our family of 7 was more than comfortable in the space. The views are beautiful and it is in walking distance to most of the areas attractions. We would definitely come back again!

Amazing Property
Steve and Pat are fantastic people who genuinely care that you have a great time in their condo, and what a condo it was. It was ultra clean and had everything we can ask for. Very spacious and modern feel to it with a stunning view, we saw dolphins from our balcony every morning.
The location is excellent, we rented a car but honestly it was not necessary as you can walk to the beach and all restaurants within minutes.
We are definitely coming back to this amazing property.

Amazing Vacation Condo
The condo is absolutely beautiful. Great decorations and feel. Very comfortable with 6 adults. Everyone had ability to have privacy. Balcony view was so relaxing and we spent most of our time on the balcony when home. Easily felt at home. Would recommend to anyone to stay. Dolphins almost every morning in the bay. Great to watch while drinking coffee.
