General Terms & Policies:
Rates from CAD $215/night (low season, weekly rate) to CAD $350/night (high season, nightly rate). Minimum 3-night stays during the summer and Christmas-New-Years; 2 night minimum all other times. Well-behaved adult dogs accompanied by responsible owners may be permitted with approval (fee applies).
Rental Agreement:
50% deposit to hold the reservation; balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy 45 days. Visa and Mastercard accepted. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
