Room 3 - 1 single bed (1 extra guest bed that can be put up in another room or in the same room but not ideal as it does not leave much space)

Living room - 1 double sofa bed.

The Playhouse Theatre and Omni cinema complex are also within easy reach. Pleasant walks can be enjoyed at nearby Calton Hill, taking in Holyrood Park, Sailsbury Crags and Arthur's seat while the walkways of the Water of Leith and the Botanic Gardens are also easily reached on foot.
