The home was built to be the owner's retirement home, but she is not ready to retire so it's available for YOU to enjoy!

Large open floor plan on the first floor allows everyone to be part of the fun, but the tv is at the end of the Great Room as well.

Gas grill on the deck overlooking the lake and mountains. Firepit and charcoal grill down by the water. Roast some s'mores!

Wheelchair accessible first floor bedroom and bath as well the entire first floor and decks.

Directions

From Hampton, TN take 67 east past Watauga Lake, across the Butler Bridge and turn left onto Piercetown Road
From I-81, exit 29 in Virginia, take 91 to Mountain City (route 421). Turn Left and go to route 67. Turn right and go about 16 miles to Piercetown Road on right.

Surrounded by the Cherokee National Forest, this home sits on a gently sloping lawn which ends in the lake. Near Bristol, TN/VA, Boone, NC, Elizabethton and Johnson City, Mountain City is our county seat.

General Terms & Policies:
NO SMOKING. IF SMOKING IS DETECTED A CHARGE OF $250.00 WILL BE MADE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE

FEE FOR DOGS ($50-$100)

If home is not left in the condition in which it was found, damages and cleaning fees will be charged to your credit card.

Please return all furniture to the location where it when you entered the house.

Please start the dishwasher and throw a load of towels in the washer. Thanks.
Rental Agreement:
One-half is due when making the reservation.

Balance is due not later than 45 days prior to arrival.

NO REFUNDS UNLESS THE HOUSE CAN BE RERENTED. If it is rerented, there is a change fee of $100.00.

Dog fee of $50 for 1 dog, $75 for 2 and $100 for 3. This is payable in cash on arrival.
