Welcome to Esperia! This lovely Mediterranean style guest apartment is situated in the midst of the original Greek neighborhood of Tarpon Springs where all things are within a few blocks walk. Park the car for your stay as there is little need here. The historic Sponge Docks a five minute walk away as well as viewing the manatees at Whitcomb Bayou or shopping for antiques on Tarpon Avenue. Some of the finest in Greek Cuisine is within walking distance as well as outstanding seafood restaurants, pubs and cafes.
You don’t really need to spend extra going out to eat though as Esperia is a self catered apartment with a full European style kitchen with all you need to enjoy cooking, so pick up some fresh fish at the dock ... or even better, treat yourself to a deep sea fishing trip and cook up the catch of the day!
There is a lovely outdoor dining area as well as a charcoal grill to take advantage of a nice evening. This is an excellent place to enjoy a good Tampa cigar and a little Ouzo after your meal.
The apartment has generous accommodations that include a king-size bed, washer and dryer, internet as well as cable tv (if you are bored).

The Inness Paintings: The paintings of George Inness, Jr. are on exhibit from October to May at the Unitarian Universalist Church Of Tarpon Springs. 230 Grand Blvd. Tarpon Springs.
Craig Park/Spring Bayou: Spring Bayou and the surrounding Craig Park is where the annual Epiphany Celebration takes place. During the winter, manatees come to stay in the warm waters of the Bayou. Many beautiful Victorian homes line the banks of the Bayou.
Safford House Museum: One of Tarpon Springs’ best kept secrets is the 1883 Safford House Museum.
