A beautiful, luxury modern villa with 3 double, air conditioned, en-suite bedrooms. In the perfect location for both a quiet relaxing holiday or a more energetic holiday or a bit of both.
Situated in a gated community with 24 hour security, right on the golf course and only a 7 minute walk (2 minute drive) to Cotton Bay Village where our guests have full access to the pool, bars, restaurants, beach and spa. 10 minutes away by car is the main tourist area of Rodney Bay village and marina with its many shops, bars restaurants and casino.
The villa is fully equipped including Cable HDTV, DVD player (and lots of DVD's), Internet, Wi-Fi, IPod dock with wireless speakers, CD player, Wii and Playstation (with lots of games), electric piano, golf clubs, projector and intruder alarm.
Also a fully equipped kitchen including an American style fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine with tumble dryer, bread maker, yogurt maker, blender, juicer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The patio with a plunge pool and fountain, is really special and a great place to be day or night. The view across the golf course down to the ocean is fabulous and the cooling breeze off the Atlantic is a real benefit in a hot country. The bedrooms all have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The villa is one of only two in the community that has a double sized patio, it has the best view of the sea from the patio and the patio is not overlooked.
The cost includes our housekeeper(Monica) coming in twice a week for 4 hours to clean the villa and make up the beds. Monica will also be there on arrival to introduce the villa. Do not worry if your flight is late she will monitor its arrival.
If required we can organise a local chef to come in and cook a special meal as well as stocking the freezer with superb meals so you do not have to cook. The cost is only an additional £35.00 for 5 hours
30% of the rental cost is payable with the booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. Cancellations will not receive a refund but date changes (if available) are permissible more than 8 weeks prior to arrival with no loss of deposit..
A security/breakages deposit is required 2 weeks before arrival and given no problems will be refunded on the day of departure.
We provide a full introduction pack including video detailing where to go and what to do.
We also provide a St Lucian sim card with all necessary contact numbers. We can also organize transfers, car hire, excursions and day trips at a significantly discounted cost.

Tranquil Luxury
My partner and I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sea View Villa on the Green. The villa offers a tasteful Caribbean decor, the kitchen is fully equipped, the beds very comfortable, and the bath/shower rooms spacious. The views from the two balconies and the very spacious veranda are beautiful, and exiting especially when you are a golfer, as you can see your fellow sportsmen on five different fairways! The villa was presented, spotlessly clean, by Monica the housekeeper. She welcomes us with a smile, and home-made fresh bread. But not just this - we were informed in the villa hand-book, which we received before our departure, that we could expect some food essentials. However, the fresh home-made bread was only one of many tasty treats. There was fresh fruit, ice cold filtered water, juice, butter, and even a chilled bottle of wine. This was all most welcome after the long flight(s) from the UK. It was like arriving home from home!
We had a most wonderful, relaxing holiday especially since the villa is in a quiet location. A most beautiful beach is just 10 minutes walking distance away which adds to the attraction of the villa.
We can only recommend a holiday at the Sea View Villa on the Green, and we are looking forward to coming back ourselves.

We had a wonderful trip to St. Lucia and our "home" at SeaView was one of the best parts! The pictures don't do the villa justice; it's a beautiful spot right on the golf course with 24/7 ocean breezes. Spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and lots of entertainment for our older and younger kids. We're already looking forward to our next visit! Sharon, Byron and the kids June 27-July 25 2013
A Holiday to remember
“A Holiday to remember - we will be back” This is a superb modern villa in the perfect location. Only a few minutes from Cas-en- Bas beach, Cotton Bay Village with its restaurants and
beach bar and Marjorie's beach bar and restaurant.
Cotton Bay is a great place and the staff extremely welcoming. Look out
for David the barman who was great fun, makes excellent cocktails.
The villa was very well presented and equipped, the surprise "treats" when
we arrived were a lovely thought. The kitchen and bathroom
essentials supplied meant we did not have to rush out to the
supermarket.
Sitting on the large patio, eating, drinking and chatting, day or night, watching the golfers, the waves breaking over the ocean and the wind kites was a real highlight.
Monica the housekeeper is lovely - much more than a cleaner, though she
was very good at that, we became good friends and looked forward to her
visits.
The villa handbook and website were very informative and allowed us to plan what we wanted to do, though we will need a another visit as there is so
much there.
All information requested was provided to us and the "places to go"
recommendations added greatly to our holiday.
They could not have done more for us and even arranged our car hire and for a chef to visit, cook a special meal and stock the freezer - lasted about 5 days.
This is home from home - we will be back
