Welcome to our home! Our condo is located right on the water with a perfect view of the Gulf of Mexico. We love watching the sunsets on the screened deck. Our complex has 300ft of private beach, heated pool (which is our son’s favorite feature), hot tub, and tennis court. The onsite docks have slips available for rent, should you want to keep your boat just a few steps away or fish for Trout, Snook, Snapper or Tarpon.
Inside, you’ll find a great 2-bedroom, 2-bath living space. Everything you need for icy cocktails or great homemade meals are in the newly remodeled kitchen. You can enjoy the fruits of your labor on the screened in lanai with the waterfront view.
Getting here is easy - Ft. Myers and Sarasota airports are one hour away, and Tampa is just shy of two.

Neighborhood
Boca Grande is part of the same South Florida chain of barrier islands as Sanibel (but less over developed), Gasparilla is a tropical island surrounded by the turquoise and aqua waters of Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. Most of its 8-mile length is white sand beach with spectacular shells. Amazing golf courses are within a short drive. Much of the island is preserved and huge banyan trees grace the streets.
When it’s time to explore, a short a golf cart ride down a palm-lined bike path takes you into the charming town of Boca Grande with its lovely shops and restaurants, newly renovated library, beautiful beaches and historic lighthouse and museum. If you’re interested in a golf cart for cruising the island, we’d be happy to rent ours to you for a small additional fee.
