SeaGrape Escape is a brand new beach cottage on charming SeaGrape Lane...just steps from the bay for easy fishing and kayaking! Plus, seven miles of beautiful, pristine beach is just a short stroll down SeaGrape Lane. This cottage is perfectly situated to offer you the best of Little Gasparilla Island -- both the bay and the beach! Your rental includes a large boat slip on the dock, use of kayaks and fishing gear plus beautiful and relaxing views of Placida Harbor. We also include concierge service to help you transport your bags and groceries to and from the house.
The home is fully equipped with everything you need to relax and rejuvenate your spirit.. This spacious family-friendly home has all the entertainment you will need, from family games, DVD's and an X-Box 360, to speakers outside on the screened porch. A large gas grill is conveniently located right off the porch. The south-facing porch is light and sunny all day and offers the ultimate in privacy....views of the bay, the mangroves and foliage...not your neighbors!
The home is air-conditioned, offers a full size washer/dryer, ceiling fans, includes all linens, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, TV, DVD player and stereo system. It also offers access to four kayaks (incl. life jackets), outdoor speakers on the front porch, games and movies, a relaxing open-air outdoor shower and a large gas grill. The home has an open floorplan plus a large screened porch for casual entertaining. It has brand new stainless appliances, granite countertops and cool tile floors. You have access to a pantry with condiments and some staples and the home has city water. It even comes with boogie boards, beach chairs, fishing gear, beach umbrellas and rafts! Everything you need for a fun-filled family vacation is here waiting for you. The third bedroom (not pictured) has a twin bed and a double futon so 6 adults can sleep comfortably. Extra inflatable beds are also provided.
SeaGrape Escape is a pet-friendly cottage with a 2-pet maximum. Sorry, but we do not allow smoking in the home. (There are outdoor porches from which you may smoke.). Please note we rent from Sunday thru Sunday.

Little Gasparilla is part of the barrier island chain that includes Sanibel and Captiva...unlike those islands, however, ours has no bridge which means no cars, no traffic, no tourists, no highrises, no seawalls and no crowds. You vacation with sea turtles and dolphins, manatees and shorebirds. The island is a short boat ride away from the mainland...and a world away from mainland hassles and worries!
