LUXURY VILLA VALLPIN
One of few villas in Sitges with a perfect straight forward sea view. The garden with a big private pool is directly linked to your living room and terrace where the whole group can eat outside, enjoying the garden and the sea view, the whole winter through as we have a heating system installed for the winter.
Inside we also have a table for 14 people as it is important to be able to eat all together.
The villa has 5 bedrooms one of which is in-suite and with a big sea view terrace. Besides the in-suite bathroom there are 2 more bathrooms in the villa, one of which is on the bottom floor. The villa has AC in the living room and in 2 bedrooms on the sunny side of the villa. The other 3 bedrooms are always cool. Moreover the villa has a working fireplace, a garage for 2 cars inside and one outside on the driveway. The villa is in a peaceful neighborhood and you absolutely don´t hear any noise whilst in the house or garden.
We have several villas in Sitges, and including in our prices we offer: a free daily cleaning service and free transport to the village or beach in case you don´t like to walk.
This means that everybody of the group or family can enjoy the holiday and no cleaning whilst you are on holiday and a private chauffeur to drive you.
In case you do want to have your own means of transport. We rent out bicycles(40 €/week), scooters(125cc)(125€/week), a Hyundai Atos(35€/day) and a Porsche Cayenne(150€/day).

Extra Services: The hostess that will welcome you and is responsible for the fact that everything is at your wish, is able to take care of the children at night when you go for dinner or a drink. This service does have a cost of 12 Euro per hour. Dinner service: We have made a deal with an excellent Philippine chef who can cook for you some or every night. In case you like to use this service we can send you a menu by email. The costs are 35 Euro per person including a half bottle of wine per person. Children of 12 years or below get a menu for half price. Breakfast service: 62 Euro/week/person Free groceries delivery service if you buy over 40 Euro. BBQ party service with music. please ask for prices and availability.
