LUXURY HOLIDAY VILLA RIBES, 12 BEDROOMS, 12 BATHROOMS, SLEEPS 30 (plus an additional 10 people )

This villa used to be a former spacious hotel. The rooms are very big and all have a double bed and a possibility to put in an extra bed. All rooms are en suite and either have a shower or bath. The whole villa has AC and heating. The garden is very big with a swimming pool of 11 x 5,5m and roman steps. We further have a big grass area with plenty of sunloungers and area for the children to play games like football, table tennis or badminton or just run around. The garden is very well fenced of.

The big advantage of this villa besides the seize of the villa and the garden is that you will not need a car as everything is walking distance within 500m. Including in the price of the villa is also free transport to the beach or Sitges which takes 5 min. Our own driver will bring you and take you back. This is actually what makes this villa perfect as this is the largest villa around sitges where you will not need a car.

As this villa used to be a hotel in the summer it still offers all the advantages of a hotel. Great hotel matrasses, a bathroom in every rooms, AC everywhere, big pool and garden, an industrial kitchen where you can prepare meals that you probably can´t make at home so for the chefs among us a real pleasure. Unless you do want to cook then you just walk to one of many restaurants in the neighbourhood.

During the restoration the original characteristics of the building were recreated as closely as possible, such as the work on the ceilings, the wrought-iron work on the windows and balconies and the floor tiles.

The singularity of the building´s architecture and the image of the “Americans” or”Indians” has been a source of inspiration for the house. Each of the rooms, indvidual in style, has been decorated according to the styles of the epoch and together with the public rooms, balconies, garden and swimming pool evoke the charming and romantic air of former times.
