Our 1st floor condo has been updated/tastefully decorated. When designing our home, the goal was to create a relaxing, luxurious & comfortable home away from home for ourselves & our guests. The open concept living area offers comfortable seating, TV/DVD, & patio access. Our kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. The dining area has upholstered seating & 3 stools at the breakfast bar. All the bedrooms have comfortable pillow-top mattresses, dressers and TV's. Master suite has a king bed, full bath, TV, walk-in closet & patio access. The 2nd & 3rd bedroom each have 1 full bed & 1 twin bed and a TV, 2nd bedroom has a TV/DVD. The unit has 4 TVs, 2 DVDs, cable, Wi Fi and a full size washer & dryer. One of the 5 pools/hot tubs is just steps away. The screened patio offers a relaxing golf course view in the back and there is a lovely pond view out front. The Club House has a restaurant/bar & fully stocked pro shop. The carefree, laid-back, southern lifestyle allows for a peaceful, relaxing stay, only minutes away from the activities & action. Vacationers of all ages will find something to enjoy; from the amusements, water sports, shopping, beach, live entertainment, bars, restaurants, attractions & much more, there is something for everyone. The beautiful, serene, & not overcrowded beach is only 5 min. away. You can cook all of your meals in our full kitchen (the grocery store is nearby). There is charcoal BBQ off the patio. The Grand Strand offers plenty of other dining options as well. From casual to fine dining, you will find restaurants for every palate, for seafood-lovers try the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk, where you can eat a delicious meal & enjoy live entertainment while soaking in a breathtaking water view.

Rental Terms

General Terms & Policies:
No Smoking inside unit (ashtrays have been provided on the screened patio, please clean up after yourself)

We have a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. The responsible party age 25 or older named on the reservation must be present during the entire stay. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from our home with no refund.

Leave unit broom swept, no food left in fridge, wipe up spills immediately, dishes washed, towels left in bathtub. Please do not leave wet towels on the beds. Do not put sheets, comforters, blankets or pillows in the tub. Remove all trash to the outside bins across the parking area

Please do not remove anything that does not belong to you from the unit

Lock all doors and windows when leaving the unit

Do not turn the air conditioning lower than 68 degrees or run the A/C or heat with the doors or windows opened

Do not take bath towels, blankets, sheets etc. to the beach

Check-in 3pm check-out 10am strictly enforced (key codes will change at these times)

Any violation of these rules including the need for excessive check out cleaning will result in a deduction from your security/damage deposit

You are supplied with 8 pool passes, a charge of $25 for each lost or missing pool will be deducted from your security/damage deposit. Please return all 8 pool passes at check out to avoid this charge

Note: This is a no smoking unit. No pets are permitted in the accommodations without prior approval. All Home Owner Association (HOA) rules apply to guests.
Method of Payment: Personal Checks, E- checks or Credit Cards: VISA, Discover, or Master Card.
Deposit: The deposit is 50% to secure your dates with the balance paid 30 days prior to arrival. The damage/security deposit is $250.00 and up depending on the length of stay. Rentals 6 months or longer require a damage/security deposit equal to one month’s rent. The damage/security deposit will be held until after your stay. Deposits will be refunded to you via check or credited to your account within 10 - 20 business days after checkout provided all pool passes are returned ($25.00 charge for each lost pass), nothing is damaged or missing from the unit, and there are no violations of this agreement.
Cancellation of Reservation: Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to the arrival date to receive a deposit refund less a $100.00 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a refund if the dates are rebooked less any loss to the owner. Cancellations on long term rentals (1 month or longer) will be charged a $250.00 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancelation or early departures except as provided hereon. If a Guest requests a cancellation 60 DAYS or more before check-in, Owner will make a “best effort” to re-rent the property. Guest may obtain a “Cancel for Any Reason” policy through a third party.
Age Restrictions: Guests must be at least twenty-five (25) years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. A valid driver’s license is required with all reservations.
Reservations: All reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.
Accommodations: 8 in a three bedroom unit. 1 King sized bed, 2 full sized beds, 2 twin sized beds
Linens: All rates include a setup supply of bed linens, bathroom towels and bathroom starter basics. For your convenience all bed linens and bath towels are provided in each unit. There is a $10.00 charge per towel for missing towels. Beach towels are not provided.
Check-in & out: Check-in begins at 3:00pm. Check-out no later than 10:00am is required (Additional fees equal to a full day’s rental shall be incurred for late check-out).
Cleaning Fee: A $75.00 and up cleaning fee is required on all rentals.
House Parties: Loud and boisterous parties will not be tolerated. Should a house party (chaperoned or unchaperoned) occur, occupancy would be immediately terminated. Should a parent check into a rental and later leave students or minors unattended, the students/minors will be evicted. No refund, including unused rental amounts, and security deposits will be refunded.___________ Guest initials (Initial to indicate you have read & accept the terms on this page).

Annoyances & Nuisances: Loud and boisterous noise will not be tolerated. Televisions, stereos, or musical instruments shall be used with discretion so as not to disturb others. Excessive noise after the hours of 10:00pm is a violation of the local noise ordinance. No immoral, improper, offensive, or unlawful activity is permitted in the units or on the property. No activity is permitted which will affect the structural integrity of the property or adversely affect the property insurance coverage. All such activity shall result in immediate termination of occupancy and forfeiture of rent, fees, and deposits.
Conduct of Children: Parents are responsible for the general conduct of their children at all times. Children are not allowed to jump on furniture. Damage to any of the condo property or personal property of the owner and other residents will be the responsibility of the parent. Injuries to children due to misconduct will be the responsibility of the parents. An adult must accompany all children under fourteen (14) years of age in the pool area and playground per South Carolina law.
Grills: No gas, charcoal grills or other outdoor cooking devices may be used in units or on balconies, porches or hallways. Charcoal grills are provided behind each unit in safe areas for all guests. Guests are responsible for cleaning community grills after each use.
Emergency Procedures: If you discover a fire in the unit, please do the following: from a safe location, immediately call the Fire Department (911) and tell the dispatcher the unit number. Alert the other occupants in your building. Security is the responsibility of each and every guest. Depending upon the nature if the situation, guests are requested to notify Myrtle Beach Sheriff at 843-915-5450 or 843-392-3141 for non-emergency or 911 for emergencies.
Hazards: No guest shall use or permit to be brought into the condo or storage closet any flammable oils or fluids such as gasoline, kerosene, or other explosive or articles deemed extra hazardous to life, limb or property.
Trash: To ensure that our properties are kept clean and comfortable, we require all guests to remove all trash and food from the refrigerator and pantries on the day of check-out. There is a $10.00 charge for any trash left behind. All trash and unit debris must be placed in secured, heavy-duty plastic bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on the property.
Condominium Parking: Parking is limited to four (4) automobiles per unit. Vehicles shall be parked only in marked designated spaces. Double parking, parking on the landscaping/grass, or along the curb is not permitted. Parking campers, boats, or trailers is strictly prohibited. Golf carts are only allowed on the golf course. Bikes should always be stored in the bike racks. Motorcycles & trailers are prohibited and will be towed.
Locked Closets: Owners have their personal property locked in a closet for their convenience. These areas are not included in this rental and are off limits for use.
Pets: Small dogs are considered. Pre-approval is required. $100.00 pet deposit is required for each dog. Cats and other animals are not allowed. In conformance with County leash ordinances, all dogs, when in common areas, must be on a leash or carried. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets on the grounds of True Blue. Reported violations are $50.00 per incident. Pets are not permitted in the pool/courtyard areas. Nonconformity with the leash ordinance, or allowing the pet to become a nuisance to other residents could result in the pet being removed from the property by the County Animal Control Division. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture will incur extra cleaning fees. All dogs must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm prevention is highly recommended. All pets must be treated with topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Pet owners are responsible for any acts of aggression, attacks, scratches, bites or harm to others by their pet. The owner of the unit, shall not be liable for any damages or injury to the guest or to any other persons, damages to any property occurring on the premises or any part thereof, or in common areas thereof, and the guest agrees to hold the owner of the unit harmless for any claims of damages or injury by their pet.

Swimming Pools: Pool rules are clearly posted in the pool areas and enforced. Pool hours are 9:00am – 11:00pm. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the pool areas unless accompanied by an adult. Glass objects are prohibited at the pool. All renters are cautioned that they use the swimming pool, its equipment, and facilities at their own risk.
Resort Passes: Pool & tennis passes are provided in the unit. There is a limited number of pool passes per unit. IMPORTANT: It is mandatory that the pool passes be returned before check-out. A missing or lost pool passes will result in a $25.00 fee for each armband lost during your stay.
Keys: We use a key pad system instead of keys. Your personal code will be active from 3 pm on check in day and will expire at 10 am on check out day.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to eight (8) persons. This is strictly enforced and additional guest will result in eviction with no refund.
Repairs: We cannot guarantee air-conditioning, appliances, or fixtures. There will be no refund upon their failure. We try to keep these units in good working order. Our best will be done to have any malfunction repaired as quickly as possible. Maintenance of any kind by the Home Owners Assoc. for repairs, upgrades or maintenance of the property, buildings and surrounding grounds are out of the control of the owner and shall not be grounds for refunds.
Upon Arrival: Immediately notify Margaret (908)692-0529 or (908) 637-6390 of any missing or inoperative furnishings or equipment or any faulty or unsafe conditions, which may result in injury. Occupancy by you and/or your party shall be conclusive evidence that the unit is in satisfactory condition. During your stay, please promptly report any problems so that our maintenance department might attend to them efficiently for your safety and comfort, and for that of future guests.
Agent/Maintenance personnel are permitted to enter premises during normal working hours (8:00am to 6:00pm) for the purpose of conducting necessary repairs and/or maintenance.
Emergency Maintenance Safety and maintenance personnel are permitted to enter the premises after hours for emergency situations.

The guest certifies that he/she is at least 25 years of age.
Falsified Reservations: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
Liable: The owner of the unit, shall not be liable for any damages or injury to the guest or to any other persons, damages to any property occurring on the premises or any part thereof, or in common areas thereof, and the guest agrees to hold the owner of the unit harmless for any claims of damages or injury, no matter how caused. The owner of the unit will not be held responsible for acts of theft, vandalism, or other damage to guest’s personal property or vehicle.
By accepting this rental agreement as the guest, you agree to be responsible for any damage to the dwelling or grounds and to the furnishings that occur during your stay through act or negligence of you, your family, friends, or social guests. You agree to surrender the property at the time and date specified in your rental in as of good condition as it was at the beginning of your stay, except for reasonable wear and tear, act of God, and/or causes over which you have no control. If unit is not left in satisfactory condition, you shall be charged for repair and restoration to satisfactory condition, plus lost rents. The TENANTS are responsible for the care of the premises, appliances and furnishings and for all damages caused by accidental, negligent or wrongful acts by the TENANT or TENANTS’ guest(s). The TENANTS agree to replace, at their own expense, or to reimburse the LANDLORD/OWNER for all losses, breakage or damage that occur during their stay, including losses, breakage or damage that may exceed the damage deposit. TENANTS agree to pay all reasonable costs, attorney’s fees and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the LANDLORD/OWNER in enforcing this agreement.
CHARGEBACKS: The TENANTS agree not to claim any chargebacks or credits from their credit card issuer for any fees charged to their credit card(s), including but not limited to advance rental payments, damage deposits, rental payments, taxes or any additional fees for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Best stay I've ever had in Pawleys Island

I've stayed in a wide variety of Pawleys Island resort accomodations, but this condo was hands-down the bEST one ever. Clean, spacious, beautifully furnished and redone. Since our group has both beach goers and golfers, we found this location wonderful-quiet, convenient, restful.

Enjoyed our visit to Pawley's Island

My husband and I wanted to get away for a few days just to relax together. I selected this condo because the pictures looked so nice. When we arrived we were very pleased. The unit is absolutely beautiful and it's immaculate. The location is great, as it's right on the golf course and there is plenty of shopping nearby, and lots of great restaurants to chose from. It was too cold to go in the water, but the beach is beautiful. We enjoyed walking along the beach each morning to start the day. This is a beautiful resort community. We will definitely return.

Fun winter vacation

A group of friends and I got away for a winter vacation. This condo was really nice. I was impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the furniture. We loved the area. There was lots to do and everything was conveniently located. Everything we needed to enjoy stay was supplied in this unit. We will definately go back.

True Blue Is a Wonderful Resort

Four of us stayed in this great unit at True Blue. It was clean and comfortable and the resort is top notch. Great place for morning walks. We golfed some of the great courses in the area and the unit was very centrally located. I can see large groups of golfers staying here since there is ample sleeping arrangements. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking in and I love the high dining table. Everything was wonderful and we would most certainly return and rent this unit all over again.

Wonderful

My family of six had a wonderful time staying at this condo on Pawley's Island. There was plenty of space and all the amenities needed. The condo was clean, well maintained and very nicely decorated. Screen porch overlooking golf course was a peaceful location for early morning coffee. Condo was located close to some of the most beautiful golf courses in South Carolina. Also minutes from the beach, shopping and a variety of dining experiences. I would love to stay again.

Place was great - management company not so great.

The condo was just perfect for our size family (2 adults and 3 teenagers) and was well stocked with kitchen equipment. Checking-in and getting our pool passes was a bit of a trial. In addition, the only communication we ever received from the rental-management company was negative in tone - don't do this - don't do that - get out by!! The condo was clean on the surface. Dishes were not cleaned well and under cabinets had not been swept for a long time. The towels the rental service provided were a joke. We just stayed at a budget hotel and the towels were 4 times as thick and I didn't have to pay $2 for an extra one. Finally, and this is partly to do with my ignorance of the area, I would not consider the condo close to the beach since it requires at least a 10 minute drive and a bit of a hassle with regards to parking.

We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the property manager. We started renting our vacation home last Nov. & we chose to use a manager with an office on site as this appeared to be the most convenient for our guest. We have not been satisfied with the service they offer & are in the process of making arrangements to change property managerment.This said we have been booked almost constantly and we have not had any negative feedback from any other guests,our decision to change managers has to do with the lack of communication they they have with us. We had no idea they are charging $2 for an extra towel for our guest, we pay for linen service for each of our guests and expect that they be supplied with what they need. Pawleys Island is a beach community and we explain in our our advertising that the beach is about a 5 minute drive, there are parking areas & street parking near the beach access areas, we are sorry you seemed to misunderstand the location of our home.

Great vacation

Recently stayed here with my sisters and our children. There were seven of us and we had more than enough room to spread out. The condo is very comfortable and spacious. It is spotless clean. We enjoyed our days at the beach (approx 5 mins away) and our evenings swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Pool and hot tub are open to 11 PM. We golfed on the beautiful golf course. We cooked most of our meals in the well stocked kitchen in this unit. We also had a wonderful meal out in nearby Murrells Inlet where we could sit outside and enjoy the music while we ate. We enjoyed a laser light show and shopping and amusements in Myrtle Beach. I would highly recommend this condo as it had everything we could have needed and was convenient to everything.

Pawley's Island Stay - Fabulous

My family and I stayed at this beautiful Pawley's Island unit which fit our family of 4 quite comfortably with its spacious 3 bedrooms, large kitchen/dining area and living room. It was very quiet and private and we were able to cook and eat in when we wanted or eat out at many of the nearby fine restaurants. We were very near attractions as well as the beach, and the beautiful pool was just steps away. Guaranteed to offer a great vacation for everyone!

Fun in the Sun and Great Nights

The week I spent started off with 2 days of rain but it didn't stop us from finding plenty of things to do. We hit every popular resturant for dinner, Margaritaville, Dick's Last Resort, Joe's Crab Shack, Plant Holly and more. On the days it rained we spent time in the shops at Broadway at the Beach and went to Ripley's aquarium. On the sunny days we relaxed on the beach and freshened up in the pool before heading out for the night life. We played minature golf and went on the go carts. Everything was very convienent. My son and husband went crabbing and fishing. Me and my teenage daughter spent time in the outlets. There was something for everyone. We are looking forward another week at Pawley's Island. I would love to come back to same place since it was close to the beach and the condo was so clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.
